COMMITTED FOR TRAIL.
(I'RESS ASSOCIATION" TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON. March 4. Thomas Sheehan was committed for trial to-day ou a charge of "omitting to olxerve his legal duty, which said omission did cause the death of Frank Revell." The said omission was his failure to carry a light on a cart Sheehan was driving, and with which Revell collided on Thursday night, tho collision resulting in Revell's death. Bail was allowed.
