A PROFITABLE YEAR. (Received February 23rd, 9.25 p.m.) SYDNEY. February 23. The annual report of the Greater J. D. Williams Amusement Company shows that the profits amount to £9116 which, with the undivided balance, makes a total of £15,036 available for distribution. It is proposed to pay a dividend of Is a share, to transfer £-50tX) to the reserve, and carry forward £1010. Tho company's liabilities have been reduced from £29.853 to £9750, and tho cash balances have increased from £3041 to £19,378. / The report states that the financial position has been converted into ono of absolute security.
