The Greek reply generally accepts tho Powers' decision, and asks tho Powers to guarantee that the islands remaining with Turkey shall not be allowed to become centres of hostile operation. ALBANIA'S FUTURE KING. LONDON, February 22. Essad Pasha headed the Albanian deputation to Neuwied, which formally offered the crown of Albania to Prince William of Wied, who accepted tho offer. • (Received February 23rd, 5.15 p.m.) BERLIN, February 22. Prince William of Wied will be visiting the Tear during the week, and has postponed his journey to Albania. He received the Albanian delegates at his ancestral castle at Neuwied. They brought'a Casket containing sand, earth, and water from Albania. They wore new top h'afc and frock coats, and assured their Sovereign of a fitting welcome.
