'• LONDON, February 22. 1 The tempest compelled the re- " maining lifeboats and tug to return to port. 1 All the crew of the lifeboat from ' Fethard were drowned. The men on the rocks belong to the ■ schooner Mexico. ' Seven bodies of lifeboatmen have : been washed ashore. \ TEMPESTUOUS WEEK-END. ' MANY WR.ECKS~ON THE COAST. (Received- February 23rd, 11.55 p.m.) LONDON, February 23. It was a tempestuous week-end. Tlio entire British coast was swept, and there were many wrecks. Lifeboats and rocket brigades saved fifty lives. (Received February 23rd. 10.16 p.m.) LONDON, February 23. ; The Mexico was timber-laden and bound from Lnguan to Liverpool. The crew numbered ten. Five of the Fethard lifeboat's crow were married, one leaving a wife and ten childron.
