DUNEDIN, February 16.Tho Finance Committee of -the Ciiy Council have made satisfactory arrangements for the floating of the £150,000 loan for the electric power and lighting department, on tho London market. • Tho terms are said to be better than those obtained for tho Auckland city loan which was recently floated in London.
