OTAGO CENTRAL RAILWAY.
TRAFFIC STILL CLOCKED. (SPECIAL TO "THE Pn_J3.") DUXEDIN, September 2. There is no prospect of traffic being resumed on the Dunodin section of tho Otago Central Railway for a week, or possibly longer. Workmen are busy removing tho earth brought down by the slips. At Barewcod creek the bank haa fallen into the river, and men were to be sent to that spot this morning in order to make a temporary bridge. In the meantime mails and passengers are being brought from Clyde to Ranfurly by rail, thence to Palmerston South by motor car.
