Mr Alexander Lucas, representing Yale in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, and a member of the Royal Commission on Agriculture, who has arrived here after a month's tour of New Zealand, states that tho evidence submitted to him in New Zealand showed that the system of advancing money to settlers had been a success. Hβ was very pleased with his visit to NeweZca land, and had gathered a great deal of information which would be of use to British Columbia in tho framing of legislation.
