Lord Strathcona has been appointed president and Earl Grey vice-presi-dent of the Executivo of tho Imperial Exhibition to bo held in 1915. Tho Prince of Wales celebrates his twenty-first birthday in , 1915, which is also tho seven hundredth anniversary of the signing of Alagna Charta. It is hoped that tho main purpose, namely, tho encouragement of trado within the Empire, will bo served by tho publication in 1915 of tho Empire Trado Commission's report.
