THE DECISION OF THE LORDS

In connection with the decision of the Houso of Lords regarding tho Divorce Court, tho case arose through the Lower Court ruling that a principal in a nullity suit had been guilty of contempt of Court for .publishing transcripts of an action heard in camera. Tho Houso of Lords reversed tho ruling.
Lord Haldane remarked that every Court of Justice must sit with open doors.
