THE SMOKE CONCERTS.

Tho twi> smoke concerts which are to bo given in honour of the men of tho H.M.S. New Zealand, will bo held in the Cli6ral Hall on Tuesday 13th and Tuesday 20th. Somo of the best local talent has been obtained for the first half of the programme, and the second half will be occupied by items contributed by tho members - of the ship's company. Invitation have beon sent out to 60 Territorials to meet the -. ai I - ors, and honorary Territorials, and members of local bodies will be admitted at 2s Gd a head. The pallery will be ope.i to the general public at the price of Is each. The sailors will prohablv arrive by the 7-lo p.m. and will be met by the Cadet Biigic Band.
