ROBERTS-GRAY ACTION

MELBOURNE, May 6,
Gray was examined under tho Fraudulent Debtors Act in respect to his means of satisfying the Roberts judgment for £2311 against him for breach of contract.
Gray, in his evidence, said ho had an agreement with his father by which ho received £3 per week, his father paying for his clothes and travelling expenses, and taking what ho earned atjbilliards.
Gray's father deposed that all tho money his son had mado in England and South Africa, about £-1000, had been eaten up by expenses. One thousand pounds went for legal expenses ir. England, and ho had not a penny now.
Mr Justice Hood declined to make an order in tho case, declaring that even if ho did not bolievo tho evidence, that would not justify him in making an order against defendant.
