In tho Houso of Commons Mr W. H. Dickinson, Liberal member for St. Paneras North, moved tho second reading of tho Bill giving representation to women. He said it was a gross injustice to withhold the vote owing to the criminal acts of a few. The Bill should bo passed, but it should bo inoperative until a referendum of tho women showed that they desired the vote.
