LABOUR PARTY'S MANIFESTO,

MELBOURNE, May 5. Tho Federal Labour Party's election manifesto, which lias been issued, urges the need for tho passing of tho referenda proposals, and sets out three great questions which are forcing themselves on the attention of the people of all civilised nations. These are industrial unrest, the operations of trusts and combines, and the increased cost of living.
The manifesto outlines the Labour Party's policy for dealing with these and other questions, and declares that tho policy is for tho wholo of the people and not for the privileged class, and to protect tho country from dangers from within and without.
