A boat containing four sick and famished men has arrived at Dongarra from tho Norwegian ship Victor, bound from Detagoa 13ay to New Caledonia, When they left she was forty iniJes off the coast in a practicaJy abandoned condition, with disease on board and short of provisions. Tho men asked for assistance to navigate her to port.
Shortly after leaving Delagoa Bay the ship ran into a storm, and was damaged. Disease then broke out. The captain and chief officer died on April Bth, two of tho crew on the 10th, and others later. Food ran short eomo timo before they made for the West Australian coast, and those on board were too fov, , and weak to navigate the chip. Assistance has been sent.
