RANGIORA.
Thero was a good attendance at tne Rangiora market yesterday. In the stock saleyards there was an entry of 3500 sheep, of which 300 were fat. 93 cattle, and 120 pigs. Prices were:—Fat wethers, 18s to 20s (id: lighter, 17s (id; fat ewes, 10s to : 17s 9d; Lighter, 14s to los (id; fat lambs, 15s to 16s 2d; rape lambs, good quality, 14s to 15s ; store lambs, 10s to lis Gd '■ four and six-tooth breeding ewes, l(>s to 17s 0d; sound-mouth. 14s Gd to 15* s)d: failing-mouth, 10s to 12s 6d; two and fonr-tooth wethers, lls (id to 15s f)d; two-tooths. 12s Od to 14s. Cattle: Fat steers, £7' 10s to €8 10s; fat heifers. £0 10s to £9: fat cows, £7 to £3 10s; forward cows, £3 10s to £4 10s: two-year-old steers, £4 to £5 ss; eighteen-montbs steers, £3 10s; yearlings, £2; springers. £7 10s to £10; Cows in profit, £0 to £8 10s. Pigs: Baconers, 55s to 725; porkers. 15s to 48s; stores, 30.s to 445; small pigs, 15s to 18 Od. In the produce yards heavy crossbred sheepskins to Ss 4d, medium 4s 9d, lighter 3s 3d. merino sheepskins ss. lambskins 3s lOd, calfskiiis ls 9d. hides Cid'per lb. fleece wool Bid, locks 4-Jd, fat l.d. Poultry: Roosters 7s 6d a couple, liens 2s »Jd, pullets 5s (id. ducks 6s. Grain, roots, etc., at last week's prices.
