SOUTHBRIDGE.

Storry, J.P's.) j Insulting Language.—William Home and Thomas Wailis were charged with using insulting language in the bar of tho Southbridge Hotel on February 24th. W r allis pleaded guilty, and Home not guilty. After hearing evidence their Worships reminded both men of the seriousness of tho offences, and warned them that if they appeared again they would be severely dealt with. They would be convicted and discharged. j A Serious Charge.—An elderly man named Patrick Egan, was charged with; indecently assaulting a girl under the! age of five years at Southbridge on February Bth. He pleaded guilty, and _ was committed to the Supreme Court j for sentence.
