NOTICE OF POINTED QUESTIONS.
(Received January Ist, 9.45 p.m.) LONDON, January 1. In the Houso of Commons Mr Farrell gave notice of Ids intention to question, Mr Buxton whether the Naming, during a storm in tho Indian Ocean, on her last homeward voyage, heeled over at an angle of fifty-four degrees, there being such danger that tho officers wero on the point of lowering the Boats; also, whether the Waratah, a sister ship, capsized owing to top-heaviness duo to bad construction, and whether tho Board of Trade intend to allow the Narrung to continue to carry passengers on long voyages.
