»- Tho half-yearly meeting* of tho Philipson Tent, 1.0.1t., Beekenham was held last Thursday. The following otiicers were, elected:—Bro. Henry, 0.11.; Bro. Ogg D.R.: Sis. Hulbcrt, Guardian: Sis. Ranger, Lcvite; Bro. Chapman and Sis. Jensen, stewards ; Bro. Dobbs, socretary; Bro. Rowberry, treasurer. At the second annual meetin": of the West Christchurch District School Old Girls , Association the following officers were elected:—President, Miss Margaret Menzies; vice-presidents, Mesdamcs Mawson and J. Caughley and Misses Chaplin and Finlayson; treasurer, Miss N. Wenmoth; secretary, Miss M. Thompson; assistant secretary, Miss L. Farr; committee, Misses Drake, Lowe, Jarden, Preston, and Baker.
