SYDNEY, December 23.
The interim report of tho Royal Commission that enquired into tho meat supply of Sydney,, recommends sweeping changes in tho carriage and treatment of cattle and meat. It declares that improvement is most urgently required, but that speedier transit appears impossible without tho duplication of the main trunk railways. It recommends the establishment of a municipal meat market.
