FENDALTON SCHOOL.
The annual dietribution of prizes in connection with Fendalton District School took place on Thursday afternoon, when the echcol broke up for the summer vacation. The prizes wore presented to the winners by the Rev. T. A. Hamilton,'who congratulated tho scholars and the Etaft* upon the success of tlic year's work. Mies M. Thornton and Mis* E. Uydings, who aro retiring from the staff to eontnvue tbeir training in the TrainingCollege, were tho recipients of beautifully illiretiuted copies cf Shakespeare—presents from ill* teachere and scholars.
