(by our special reporter.) DUNEDIX, November 28. The weather was beautifully fine for the second day of the Otago Show, and there was an attendance of over 15,000. This was a record for the Show, but there was only a small proportion of country people in the crowd. Tho working draughts, harness and saddle horses, cobs and ponies were judged, and the afternoon was filled in with 9 parade of stock, and various competitions. The pony races anl trots provided keen contests, in which the juvemie riders made every post r> winning one. The Messrs Kain Bros., of Glencoe station, Arrovtown, were the most successful competitors in the hunting and leaping and riding events. The champion hackney was Mr J. Jenkins's (Oamaru) To Aka, a prominent winner this season at ifmaru, Waimate, Oamaru, and Dunedin, and reserve champion to Mr W. Kain's Fusilado at Oamaru. On this occasion the positions were reversed. Mr A. Walker, also of Oamaru, won the harness horse championship with a neat black cob, which won in. both tno saddle and '.baxsueea . classes.
