(PRESS ASSOCIATIOXT TKLEGEAM.) WELLINGTON, November 27. The Cabinet has authorised expenditure of the following amounts: —On the foundations of Parliament Buildings, £3000; South Island Man Trunk line, £1000; Auckland Grammar School, £6000, and £0000 in 1914Midland Railway, £4000; Coa.l Creek Railway extension, £400. ; Orago Central irrigation, £1000; Lawrence-Rox-burgh railway, £2000; Lake Coleridge works, £1718; railway rolling stock, £.3000; twenty miles aerial cables, £3311; and has also agreed that the Onehunga wharf be sold to the Auckland Harbour Board.
