Messrs Craddock, McCrostio Co. report the following businoEo during tho past week:—Having sold, on • account Mr G. W. Carter (in conjunction with Messrs F.L. Murray and Co.), his bungalow residence, Hackthorno road, Cashmere Hills; on account Mr Mitchell fine residential property, Cashmere; account Mr H. James, splendid site, situate Banks avenue, Shirley, containing 2 acres 3 roods and 6 perches, to Mr W. withell: account slr F. Crawford, building secction, situate Peterborough street, City West, to Mr Clarkson; account Mrs C. F. Ross, Auckland, her residential property, corner of Shrewsbury street and Carlton Mill terrace; account Mr Preddy, residential property, situate New Brighton South: account Mr Dobbic, L.I.P-, situate Highsted road, Papanui, consisting ot 10J acres of land, with iiood residence and buildings thereon. Having sold by public auction,; at per foot (in conjunction with Messrs Speixs and Wilson), on account Mr H. Scott, valuable city property, having a frontago of 83ft to Madras street, with buildings thereon, to Mr G. Simpson; also two cottages and about J-acre of land, in Kepoel street. New Brighton, to Mr King. Having held a successful clearing salo, account Mr Wheeler, Fisher street, Beckcnham; also, on account .Mr Vendersloot, Hereford street, Linwood; ateo a very successful clearing sale of live and dead stock, account Mr W. ; Harvey; .12 cows averaged £8, gig £19, hack £14 10s, pigs, roots, oaten hay, dray and implements, etc., sold at satisfactory prices. There was a large attendance of farmers. R. Jones, on the premises, Fitzgerald street North (St. Albans); Saturday, July 27th, in our rooms, properties; Thursday, July 30th, account Rev. Closs, on the premises, 15 Murray place, St. Albans, fuwiiture and effects; account Christchurch City Council, building iron, etc., Wordsworth street, Sydenham, date to be advertised; Tuesday, August 6th, account Norman. Duncan, Esq., on tho premises, Riccarton road, property, furniture and effects, piano, etc.; Thursday, August Bth, account W. A.
