United. Pre?s Association—By Klcctho Telegraph—Coppnght. LONDON, Juno 12. A brilliant reccptiou was accorded to Sir Henniker Heaton at the Guildhall by five hundred poisons, the Lord Mayor presiding. Lord Curzon, in presenting an album containing 1000 signatures of the leading public men of tho Empire, said it was a remarkable meeting to honour a remarkable man. Sir Henniker Heaten had, by his firm grasp of a great idea and by his unwearing tenacity, proved himself a benefactor of man kind.
