BURSARY ENDOWMENT BILL.
In the Legislative Assembly the Bursary Endowment Bill was read for the second time. The Hon. A. C. Carmichael, replying to the criticisms on the Bill, said that there was a misconception about the Government's subsidising denominational schools because it was throwing bursaries open to all comers.
