(razss association- TELIGRAH.) AUCKLAND, March 2. North Shore, with four wickets down for 15 runs, continued their first innings a_ainst University (who had made 221), but reached only 78. Fenwick took five wickets for 31 runs, and Jacobsen four for 36. Following on tho Shore team had made IS6 for seven wickets when stumps wero drawn (Sale 44. Howie 3S not out. Farquharson 33). Eden beat Grafton on the first innings, scoring 201 (J. Mills 69, Smeeton 67) to Grafton's total of 183. In a second effort Grafton made 95 for two wickets (Sloman 41 not out). Parnell beat Ponsonby by seven wickets —a threepoint win. Ponsonby made 125 and 50 (Robinson 30 not out), and Paruell scored 136 (Wright 63) and 42 for threo wickets (Wright 25 not out). Oliff took six Ponsonby wickets for 25 runs.
