. (Received March Ist, 9.10 n.m.} LONDON, March 1. The wheat trade is stagnant, owing to buyers being afraid to operate'beyond their immediato requirements. Two Australian cargoes sold at 38s "4d and ,38s 3d respectively. Holders are asking 37s 3d. A South Australian February shipment sold at 36s _d, and an Australian February-March shipment a. 37s Aid. Parcels afloat are quoted at 36s 7Jd. Littlo. Australian is offering on spot, tho price being normally 40s 6d; New Zealand, 37s 6d and 395.
-If lour—Tho market is quiet. Australian, on spot. ; 25s 9d and 26s 3d; on passage, 25s 3id. Oats—Tho market is firm. Supplies of New Zealand aro exhausted. A La Plata February-March shipment sold' at 17s.
Peas—The market is quiet. New Zealancl, on spot, 37s Cd and 38s 6d: Beans—The market is firm, but there are no New Zealand offerings.
