THE BRISBANE STRIKE.
A STEAMER HELD UP. SYDNEY, February 27. The Howard Smith steamer Mourilgan arrived at Brisbane and discharged a cargo of bananas intended for Melbourne by means of the regular hands. i She was, however, unable to proceed south, owing to the coal-lumpers de- | clining to work.
