SEFTON.
Tho annual meeting of shareholders of tho Sefton Town Hall Company. Limited, was held in tho hall on Wednesday. Tho retiring officers wore reflected. The balance-sheet was read and adopted. Tho secretary stated there was a credit balance of" £19 16s lOd, and outstanding accounts to tho value of. £12.. This was considered satisfactory. It was decided to erect a picket fenoe, enlarge the building, and put in a copper. The secretary was voted a bonus of £5 for services rendered, and Mr R. J. Wilson was appointed caretaker.
