Speaking at the Commercial Travellers' Association's dinner, Mr Griffith, ■ lato Minister of Public "Works, atj tacked the Lieutenant-Governor, statj ing that the electors had said emphatically that tho Labour Party should govern, but the Lieutenant-Governor said that somebody else should. i Mr Storey J Leader of tho Indepen- ! dents, predicts a dissolution very shortly. Mr Dunn regrets his resignation, • sinco the caucus decided to preserve j existing rights, and submitted his name Ito the Mudgeo League for re-election. j Tho League, however, declined to con- ! sider it, and submitted tho name of Mr I Carl Johnson to the Central Executive.
