BERLIN, July 30. The temperature in Berlin is 95 degrees in tho shade. During the week thirty-six deaths from sunstroke have occurred. PARIS, July 30. Tho temperature in Paris is 100 degrees in the shade. Live stock in transit is suffering terribly, and cattle are dying by hundreds in tho trucks.
