TEHERAN", July 31. The Mejliss Jias offered a reward of £20,000 for tho ca-pture of the exShah, dead or alive, and smaller sums havo been placed on the heads of the ex-Shah's brothors and his uncles. Tho appointment of Major Stokes, of tho Indian Army, to re-organiso the Persian troops, has Occasioned somo surprise. The Russian Minister has made urgent representations against the appointment, stating that if it is persisted in Russia will take other measures."
