WESTERFIELD.
Mr W. Nosworthy, M.P., has received an answer from the Minister of Railways in reply to a petition asking for a goods shed at Westerfield. In his letter, the Minister states that although the traffic has incKsased somewhat, it is still inconsiderable and not sufficient to warrant any expenditure in the direction required. It is Mr I*»osworthy's intention to take further steps to obtain the building, which is urgently necessary for tha requirements of the district.
