LONDON, June 18
Mrs Drummond, on hdrseback, led through London a procession five miles long, organised by the Women's Social and Political Union. Tho women, marching abreast, numbered forty thousand, and represented all counties. There were seventy hands in the procession. One section of the procession symbolised women's part in history, and then came seven hundred imprisoned suffragettes, dressed in white. Another section of the pageant represented the greatness and unity of tho Empire. Besides Mesdames Fisher and McGowen, Lady Brassey and Lady Cockburn walked in tho procession. The proceedings at the Albert Hall were enthusiastic
