THE WORK OF THE CITIZENS* ASSOCIATION.
Interviewed last evening, and afikt"<t ■tthat was his opinion ot iJie work done by the Citizens' Association during tiie recent municipal electioneering campaign, Mr J. I>. Hall said that it migat lie regarded not as to how much had Ueen accwmplished, but as to how much more might have been done. At the B_tme time, it was cheering to think of the results achieved in tne short time tho Association had been in existence. Ho was strongly of opinion that the work should be continued, not only in the direction of electioneering purely * it should continue i,*i existence to protect they interests of all the citizens, lt was proposed, he said, to consider the objects of au Association of tho kind. j and on that occasion it would be desirable, in his opinion, to get an addross from someone who understood such matters, as to what might be done and the best methods to bo followed.
