Tho Conservatives have decided to oppose tho reciprocity treaty to the bitter end, and to maintain obstructive tactics in Parliament. It is now considered improbable that Sir Wilfrid Laurier will be able to go to London, except by amending Parliamentary rules in order to apply "the gag." The Liberals cannot hope- -to earr,reciprocity before June or July.
