Playing at Lancaster Park, Waltham defeated Richmond by an innings j eight wickete and 68 runs. For the losers; Webber (16) and Walker (10) were the best scorers, and Tench (26), Frame (37), Clemens (35 not out) and Blazey (11) tlie best for Waltham.

Marist Brothers defeated Addington by eight runs on the first innings. Addington, batting first, made 54 (Smith 13, Woodfield 12, Handcock 11, Morris 10). McGreal and Flood wero the best bowlers for Marist. Marist replied with 62 (McGreal 17 and Flood 10). Smith and Morris bowled best for the losers.

St. Albans School defeated East Christcharch School at Hagley Park. Scores: —St. Albans 47 (J. Lamb 10, D. Lamb 9, W. Colville 8 not out); East Christchurch 39. Davison and D. Lamb bowled best for St. Albans, and Malzard for East.
