Geo. Davies, Ltd., defeated Glenmore at St. Albans Park, by 102 runs. Scores: —-Geo. Davies, Ltd., 148: Gordon 80. Fraser 29, Lomas 12. Glenmore: 46, Roach 11. Fraser and Elmes, for the winners, and Parker for the Glenmore team, were the most successful bowlers
Spreydon defeated Addington Union at Svdenham Park, by 59 runs on the first" innings. Scores:—Spreydon 125 and 54 for six wickets (F. S. Svkes 74 and 27, J. Jarman 12). Addington Union 66 and 45 for 6 wickets (F. Prestige 25 and F. Saunders 19 not out). P. Hand, W. Jarman, W. and F. S. Sykes for the winners bowled well, as did O'Brien and Carter for the losers.
Harewood defeated the St. Albans Young Men's Guild, on the Papanui Domain, by 67 runs, this being their first defeat this season. Scores: — Harewood 145 (S. Watson 40. F. Rix 22, W. Marks 17, T. Smith 16. W. Reid 16 and H. Reid 13). St. Albans Guild 78 (Haffenden 17, Pankhurst 16, and Canavon 10). For the winners Rix, Reid and Sellars, and for th© losers Canavon, Winter, and Carter, were the most successful bowlers.
