FURTHER FIGHTING AND A GOVERNMENT DEFEAT.

It has just been disclosed that the Government troops were defeated on Tuesday last at San Andres, the Revolutionists holding the village and driving off the Government forces.
The United States refuses to permit itself to be used as a haven of refugo by Francisco Madero, tlie Mexican Revolutionary leader.
