Mitchell, the balance of his block of land, Woodchester, Shirley, to Mr Poulton; account of Mr Brown, H acres, Shirley, to Dr. Fox; also, account Mr Poulton, about one Her© to the earn© purchaser; account the trustees in the estate of late Mr \V. W. Smith, the residential property, with 8 acres, Harewood road, Papanui, to Mr J. T. Sutton; also having held a successful fclearing. sale at Bealey avenue. 6
