A luncheon was given at the Guildiall to-day to Rear-Admirals Schroeder md Murdoch and the officers of the American battleships which are now in English waters. Mr Balfour, Mr VVhitelaw Reid, Lord Strathcona and Admiral Noel were present. Eight hundred of the rank and file ji the fleet will be entertained tomorrow.
