SOCIALISTS "MERE WRECKERS."
Lord Joicey, in a letter to the electors of Newcastle, says that the Socialists have captured the Cabinet and the trade unions, though in tho minority in both. Instead of promoting reforms like those promoted by Gladstone, Bright, and Cobden, they are mere wreckers.
