INCREASE IN UNEMPLOYMENT.
Mr George Wyndham, speaking at Manchester, said that forty-three in every thousand trade unionists were unemployed to-day. Thirty years ago the proportion was ten. Want of employment, he said, was due to allowing imported goods to bo sold below the cost of production.
