PRESIDENT DIAZ AGAIN SWORN IN. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received December 2nd, 12.35 a.m.) .MEXICO CITY, December 1. President Diaz was sworn in to-day as President for the eighth time. The celebrations were curtailed in consequence of tho disturbed state of the country. Telegraph communication with Matomoros has been resumed, and general conditions at present are tranquil.
