COLONIAL REPRESENTATIVES ON TOUR.
EAST LONDON, November 30. The Hon. Andrew Fisher and the Hon. George Foivlds were entertained at a luncheon by tho Mayor and Mayoress. They wero guests at a river picnic, and in tho evening a banquet was tendered to them. (Received December 2nd, 12.35 a.m.) JOHANNESBURG, December 1. The Duke oi Connaught laid the foundation of a memorial to the members of the Rand regiments who fell in the war. The ceremony was most impressive and picturesque. Thousands participated in the sendoff the Royal party on their departure for Natal.
