The Council met at 2.30 p.m. WATER POWER BILL. The ATTORNEY-GENERAL moved the second reading of the Aid to Water Tower Works Bill, which was received from the House. After considerable discussion the debate was adjourned, and the Council adjourned until t) a.m. to-morrow, for consideration of an Imprest Supply Bill.
