COLLISION IN THE CHANNEL.
A STEAMER SUNK,

LONDON, May 25
The German barque Vinnon, bound from Hamburg to Mexico, collided with, and sank the steamer Skerryvore, from Villa Bicos to Rotterdam, in the Channel. Twenty-two of those on board the latter were drowned.
