The man who threw tho bomb in Madrid has been identified as one Taborelli, who recently arrived from the Argentine. He carried tho bomb iv a bag, and enquired of a soldier outside the palace if the King had arrived. Hts Majesty was then due, but a change of plan delayed his arrival. The culprit died after being arrested. It is now proved that the bomb burst prematurely. (Received May 2oth, 9.30 p.m.) MADRID, May 20. There are indications that when the premature explosion occurred, Taborelli was on his way to tho railway station, hoping to meet King Alfonso. The public are greatly shocked at Che occurrence. Various chemicals and two infernal machines were discovered at Taboreffi's 'edgings. Many Anarchists have been arrested, but there is no clue to any of his accomplices.
