REMOVING OBSTRUCTIONS.
MELBOURNE, May 25. Dr. Mateney, member of the Federal House, speaking at Wodonga, stated that it was said in some quarters that the Labour Party would be blocked by the High Court, but the Government would not allow anybody to stand in the way of the people's will. Tho day of obstruction by the High Court or I/egislative Councils hid passed. These institutions were not in consonance with tbe democratic declarations of tho people, and if necessary the same people would be appealed to to wipe out the restrictions contained in tho Constitution. At a Labour demonstration at Warrnambool a new toast, "The Glorious Thirteenth of April," was honoured.
