« KAIAPOI. At the ordinary meeting of the Kaiap;;i Borough Council it was decided to form a 7tt footpath on tjidey quay. Notices were ordered to be given to persons to trim fences in line with the footpath boundaries. It was derided to request the police to move on groups of j'Oi.scns wh> block the footpaths on .-■auirday and iSnnday evenings. The receipts were £7fj 7s 3d. The overdraft v. as £7i)') 2s 3d. Accounts passed tor payment were £14 2s lid. The channelling loan credit was £39-1 lis Od, i and accounts passed thereon were £17 I 18s 9d." The gas loan account credit \va> £151 Ms, and accounts thereon (£3i> 12s) were passed for payment.
